The GOYA-Antonio Unanue Chair ‘Engineering in the Agri-Food Industry’ has resolved the Call for Projects and Studies 2025.
In this edition, the research grants have been awarded to the following agri-food research projects.
– Gels made with bean protein concentrate and enriched with probiotics for the development of plant-based yoghurts for vegans (FABioYOG), by Antonio Francisco Guerrero Conejo.
– Spectroil: Low-cost spectrophotometer for the analysis of olive oil quality, by Javier María Mora Merchán.
– DEL OLFATO AL ALGORITMO: Artificial intelligence and tasting in the world of olive oil, by Belén Vega Márquez.
This call is committed to the promotion of studies and projects that provide technological improvements, optimisation of production processes and advances in sustainability, aligned with the needs of the agri-food industry. Each of these projects will receive an endowment of €1500.
