Once again, the ANUGA food and beverage trade fair, held in Cologne (Germany), was attended by Goya Spain.
During the show, our table olives and olive oils have had a special role within the Goya stand.
As in the 2017 edition, we wanted to bring the flavor and essence of the Andalusian olive grove. Thus, Fernando Desa, executive chef from Goya cooked different dishes with our premium olive oils. Likewise, table olives had special prominence with different tastings in which we presented our new speciality stuffed olives: manchego cream cheese, serrano ham and spicy chorizo.
In the 2019 edition Anuga has celebrated its centenary. Anuga has had 7,405 exhibitors and around 165,000 professional visitors to the commercial market, becoming the world’s leading food and beverage fair.
