Creamy Chocolate Mousse recipe!

INGREDIENTS

  • 0.5 cup of chocolate in bars for desserts (70% cocoa)
  • 2 tablespoons Light Flavor Olive Oil
  • 2 organic eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar for the meringue
  • 0.5 teaspoon of salt
  • 0.5 cup of strawberries
  • 0.5 teaspoon of mint leaves

PREPARATION

First, chop the chocolate and put it in a bowl. Add the olive oil and melt it in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Once it has melted, mix the chocolate well.

Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Set aside the egg whites and add the yolks to a bowl with the chocolate, mixing everything well with a whisk and leaving he mixture to cool.

Put the egg whites in a bowl with a pinch of salt and mix until they form stiff peaks.

When the chocolate mixture is cold, add the stiff egg whites, mixing everything by folding in with a spatula to maintain the spongy texture.

Divide the mousse into individual containers and leave to cool for at least 2 hours.

Decorate with whole or sliced strawberries and fresh mint leaves.
