Organic olives and capers have CAAE certification (Comité Andaluz de Agricultura Ecológica-Andalusian Committee for Organic Agriculture, an organic certification entity). This seal guarantees that these are healthy products with a production process in which respect for the environment prevails.

All agents involved in the agri-food chain are subject to control and inspection of the raw materials used, the manufacturing process, packaging, labeling, etc., through accredited control and certification companies.
