Gluten Free Chocolate Truffles Recipe!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of fondant chocolate (suitable for celiacs)
  • 1.5 cups of powdered sugar
  • 0.5 cups of whipping cream
  • 0.25 cup Light Flavor Olive Oil
  • 2 organic egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder (suitable for celiacs)

PREPARATION

Melt the pieces of chocolate in a double boiler.

In a large bowl, pour in the whipping cream and little by little add in the melted chocolate, stirring constantly.

Add the egg yolks, sugar and olive oil, stirring until fully combined.

Then put the mixture into the refrigerator for about 4 hours.

After it has cooled, use a teaspoon to form balls.

Next, roll the balls in the cocoa powder or chocolate sprinkles and set them in baking cups.

When all the chocolate truffles are formed, chill for about 3 hours and then they will be ready to serve.
