Minipizzas with GOYA® Sliced Ripe Black Spanish Olives

INGREDIENTS

  • 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡:
  • 2 lbs flour
  • 2.5 cups water
  • 0.5 Oz salt
  • 1 Oz GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 0.5 Oz dried yeast
  • 𝐓𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬:
  • 0.5 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup GOYA® Sliced Ripe Black Spanish Olives
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 0.49 red pepper

PREPARATION

Mix the yeast with a tablespoon of water and leave to activate for a few minutes.

Add the flour, salt, activated yeast and GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a bowl.

Stir the ingredients until they come together to form a smooth dough, make it into a ball and leave to rise for 1 hour or until it has doubled in volume.

After this time has passed, divide the dough into small balls of three different sizes (small, medium and large) to create the snowman.

Next, roll out each ball with a rolling pin and place on an oiled oven tray. Position them in the form of a snowman (the smallest circle at the top, then the medium one, the largest). Leave to rise for 1 hour.

Now the only thing left to do is add the toppings and cook. Add the tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and use GOYA® Sliced Ripe Black Spanish Olives to decorate the snowman (eyes, buttons, hair…). Cut two thin strips of red pepper (one long and the other shorter) and use to create a scarf for the snowman.

Preheat the oven to 360°F and cook the pizzas for 15 minutes or until the dough is golden and the cheese has melted.
