The Best Veggie Burger Recipe!

INGREDIENTS

  • 0.25 cup of fine textured soy
  • 0.25 cup of legumes (chickpeas or beans)
  • 0.25 cup of tofu
  • 0.25 cup of tempeh
  • 0.5 medium leeks grated or finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoon of oat flakes
  • 0.5 cup of water
  • 0.25 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon of thyme
  • 0.25 teaspoon of peppermint
  • 1 tablespoon Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil

PREPARATION

We will mix all the ingredients in a bowl. We will add water and mix again.

Cover the dough and let rest 30 minutes.

We return to remove the preparation to form hamburgers with a medium size (as with 2 tablespoons of dough).
