American Pork Ribs Recipe!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3.3 lb of pork ribs
  • 0.5 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of barbecue Sauce
  • 0.5 cup Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil

PREPARATION

We will cook the ribs in salted water for one hour and fifteen minutes over medium heat.

After cooking, we will notice that the ribs are very tender. Dry off.

We will preheat the oven to 356º F and we will arrange the two halves of the ribs in a baking dish.

Season with extra virgin olive oil and cover them with a generous layer of american barbecue sauce.

Bake the ribs for forty minutes, until the barbecue sauce begins to bubble, and let's see that the bones of the ribs poke a little more
