INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups gulas
  • 1 cup fresh prawns
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 chilli peppers
  • 4 tbsp 𝐆𝐎𝐘𝐀® 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐧 𝐎𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐢𝐥
  • salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

The first thing to do is to clean the prawns. When ready, set aside.

Then peel and slice the garlic.

Now add a generous amount of GOYA® Robusto Extra Virgin Olive Oil to cover the whole of the bottom of the pan and set the heat on medium-low.

When the oil is hot, add the garlic and chillies and let them brown, taking care not to burn them.

Next, add the peeled and well-drained prawns to the frying pan, turn them over a couple of times and add the gulas.

Season to taste with salt and pepper and stir well to soak up the oil flavoured with the garlic and chilli peppers.

Sauté for a couple of minutes and serve with toasted bread. Enjoy!
