Chipirones (baby squid) with garlic and parsley

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound baby squid
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 cup parsley
  • 4 tbsp GOYA® Unico Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • salt to taste
  • bread
  • 1 lemon

PREPARATION

Peel and chop the garlic. Add a good splash of GOYA® Unico Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a pan and when hot, add the peeled garlic. Cook until golden taking care not to burn. Next, remove the garlic from the pan with a slotted spoon and put to one side.

Then, in the same oil used to fry the garlic, add the whole, washed baby squid and cook until golden.

Add the garlic along with the chopped parsley and salt to the pan. Stir well until all ingredients are mixed well and remove the pan from the heat.

Serve with a slice of lemon and bread. Enjoy.
