Recipe for creamy tagliatelle with spinach and mushrooms

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups tagliatelle
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cups mushrooms
  • 1.5 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cream
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper

PREPARATION

Peel and chop the onion.

Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices or small pieces; wash and chop the spinach.

In a pan, fry the onion until it is transparent, then adding the mushrooms.

When they start to turn golden, add the spinach.

Cook for a few minutes so that the ingredients mix well.

Add the cream and cheese and season to taste, cooking on a low heat for a few minutes.

Boil the pasta following the package instructions, drain and mix with the sauce.
