Salmon with rice & vegetables recipe!

INGREDIENTS

  • 0.6 lb of rice
  • 0.8 lb of salmon
  • 0.5 lb of onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 0.4 lb of spinach
  • 0.5 lb lemon
  • 3 large spoons of soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon of salt and pepper

PREPARATION

We will cook the rice in a pan. We will remove, drain and reserve.

We will remove the skin from salmon. We will season to taste and grill with extra virgin olive oil.

In other pan we will skip all the vegetables. We will add the soy sauce, cooked rice and lemon juice. Then, we will add the salmon to the vegetables mix, we will cover the pan and leave cooking for five minutes.

We will rectify the point of salt and we will serve accompanied by avocado.
