Gluten-free homemade chicken nuggets recipe!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 organic chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • 0.5 cup of gluten-free flour to coat
  • 1 organic egg
  • 0.4 lb of gluten-free corn flakes (sugar-free)
  • 0.5 cup Light Flavor Olive Oil

PREPARATION

First, grind the gluten-free corn flakes. Put it aside.

Chop the chicken breasts and mix them with the garlic, onion and paprika. Combine all the ingredients well until you achieve a compact mass that will be the base for the Nuggets. Take out small balls that we will knead slightly giving a pancake appearance.

Place the gluten-free flour, the beaten egg and the chopped cornflakes in three different plates.

Dip the nuggets into the gluten-free flour, then run them through the egg and finally lay the nuggets in the corn flake crumbs. After that, fry in light flavor olive oil or bake at 200º for about 10 minutes or until they are golden. Turn them over and wait until they are golden again.
