Refreshing Raspberry and Orange Ice Pops Recipe!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of raspberries
  • 1.5 cups of orange
  • 2 creamy plain yoghurts
  • 2 tablespoons Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar or cane honey to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon of mint leaves for decoration
  • 0.5 cup of blueberries for serving

PREPARATION

First, wash the raspberries and put them in the blender. Blend them and strain the juice. Set aside.

Repeat the same process with the oranges.

Firstly, to prepare the raspberry ice pops, mix the juice with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, one yoghurt, and add the sugar or honey to taste. Put the mixture in the ice pop molds.

Repeat the same process to prepare the orange ice pops.

Put them in the freezer. After 5 hours our ice pops will be ready to eat.

They can be served with blueberries.
