INGREDIENTS

SERVINGS: 4
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups Light Flavor Olive Oil
  • 1 cup sugar to taste
  • 2 cups hot chocolare

PREPARATION

Place the water and salt in a saucepan over low heat.

When the water starts to boil, remove from the heat and add the flour, stirring until the dough separates from the sides of the saucepan.

Fill a piping bag fitted with a tip with the dough to pipe the churros and fry in plenty of olive oil.

Once they are fried, set them on a tray with paper towels to absorb the excess oil.

There are two ways the churros can be served, either sprinkled with sugar or with a cup of hot chocolate to dip the churros into.
