INGREDIENTS

SERVINGS: 2
  • 3 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 3 slices of ham
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 baguette
  • 3 pickles
  • Ingredients for pork marinated in Cuban mojo verde
  • 1 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1 orange juice
  • 1.98 limes juice
  • 0.25 cup GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1.4 oz fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 0.99 clove of garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 0.3 oz fresh mint

PREPARATION

1
First, make the pork marinated in Cuban mojo verde. To do this, add all the ingredients to a bowl and then add the pork. Leave the meat to marinate for 12 hours in the fridge.
2
Preheat the oven to 360°F and when it is up to temperature, place the pork tenderloin all the marinade and roast for 45-60 minutes. When ready, take the tray out the oven and leave to cool.
3
Slice when cold.
4
Now, add a good drizzle of GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a griddle and when hot, add the loin steaks with the ham and brown on both sides.
5
Split the bread in half and spread mustard on both sides. Place the loin fillets inside, together with the ham, the sliced cheese and the sliced gherkins.
6
Close the sandwich and spread the entire top surface with melted butter. Place on the griddle with the butter side down and cover the other side with melted butter.
7
Close the griddle and flatten the sandwich and brown for about 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
